Patients and Visitor Garages
All parking garages at The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center have designated handicapped parking spaces and elevators available. Patients and visitors can part at:

Pay-On-Foot
Pay-on-Foot machines are located in the ground floor elevator lobby of a number of CampusParc garages (and bridge level elevator lobby of SAFEAUTO Hospital and 12th Avenue Garages). Take your ticket with you on your visit and stop at the Pay-on-Foot station on your way back to your car. Pay your parking fees, and insert the paid ticket at any exit lane. Pay-on-Foot machines accept cash, coins, validations, debit cards, and credit cards.
Pay-In-Lane
In garages without Pay-on-Foot machines, payment is made at the exit gate. Proceed to exit gate insert the ticket into the Pay-in-Lane machine. The amount due will be displayed. If a recipt is desired press the green “RECEIPT” button and one will be provide. Insert payment, and gate will rise. Pay-in-Lane machines accept cash, coins, validations, debit cards, and credit cards. Please note that Pay-in-Lane machines only give change in coin.
Lost Parking Tickets
If you have lost your parking ticket, press the lost ticket button on the Pay-on-Foot or Pay-In- Lane machine. The lost ticket fee is $25.

Receipts for paid parking are offered at the time of payment.

Parking Discounts for Patients and Their Visitors
A reduced rate parking pass is available for patients and their visitors parking in the SAFEAUTO Hospitals, 12th Avenue, 9th Avenue East, and South Cannon Garages. This pass allows you to park for $2 per exit or for each day you remain parked in the garage. You must use a new pass each time you exit. Parking discount cards are available at the registration or at any Information Desk. After 10:30PM, they are available at the Emergency Department Information Desk.
How to Use Discount Parking Voucher
Patient Valet Parking
Valet service is available in two location on the Wexner Medical Center Campus.
- Wexner Medical Center Valet service is located near the main entrance off Medical Center Drive. This valet is available Monday-Friday from 5:00AM to 5:45PM.
- James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute valet service is located in the James loop off 10th Avenue. This valet is available Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 5:45PM.
Validate your valet claim checks at registration or any Information Desk to receive a discounted rate of $5 per park or for each day. All other valet users are charged $11 per park or for each day. After hours vehicle pick-up is available at the Rhodes Hall entrance until midnight. After midnight on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, call Wexner Medical Center Security at 614-293-8500.
